Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cleanary.cc website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("the User") and cleanary ("the Service Provider"). The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a cleaning service.

Service Scope & Limitations

cleanary provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Bogotá. Our online platform facilitates booking, scheduling, and payment. We are not liable for damages arising from improper use of the site, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service booked.

Specific service inclusions and exclusions are detailed on the Services page. Users are expected to prepare their space (e.g., clear countertops, secure pets) as outlined in our Client Preparation Guide. Failure to do so may result in a modified service scope or a rebooking fee.

Important Note on Coverage

Our services do not cover deep cleaning of hazardous materials (e.g., mold infestations, biohazards, severe pest infestations). For safety, these require specialized professional remediation.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our cleaning teams. To respect our team's schedule and planning, we request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

Payment is processed securely via our online payment gateway. We accept major credit cards. A digital receipt is sent to your email upon successful booking. For corporate or recurring service agreements, alternative invoicing terms may be arranged.

Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is paramount. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services: contact details for booking and communication, and payment information for transaction processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Liability Disclaimer

cleanary is committed to professionalism and care. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not reported prior to service.
  • Loss or damage to fragile or sentimental items not moved/covered by the client.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

Our team is insured. We recommend securing valuables and fragile items prior to your scheduled cleaning.
